MY COACHING SERVICES

As an Integral Life Coach, I work with clients one-on-one to help them manage transitions and personal growth. My coaching sessions are conducted mainly online, although in-person sessions can be arranged if required. Together, we will explore your strengths and potential, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential.​ My current rate is R750 per hour and we would work though a series of 6-12 sessions. NOTE: All pricing will be increased to R1250 per hour from 1 April 2024.

Within the corporate setting we are constantly faced with opportunities and stressors. I work with clients individually or in groups to set and process goals in order to facilitate growth and leadership skills.​ My current rate is R850 per hour and appropriate packages would be discussed to suit your requirements. NOTE: All pricing will be increased to R1500 per hour from 1 April 2024.

Relationships serve us in ways beyond our understanding. I work with couples to deepen their connection and improve their communication. We break formed habits and strengthen bonds between couples so that you can support each others growth.​My current rate is R850 per hour and we would work though a series of 6 - 12 sessions. Our relationships with family members and friends influence our identity. If you have healthy connections to those around you that serve you positively this will encourage you to grow and thrive. Often dynamics can become complicated or even toxic to all included. I offer a way to talk through the stories being told and uncover truths. This leads to improved relationships, ease of communication and healthy understandings.​My current rate is R850 per hour and we would conduct sessions according to your requirements.
